Delivery Details

FREE UK Delivery

Delivered in 2-3 business days Royal Mail 1st Class.

If your order is a part of a larger order from my shop, the packaging type and size may vary from what is stated in the item details.

For orders £20 and over the delivery service will be upgraded to Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class.

Card Message Insert Options

All of my cards are available for you to add a personalised or blank message insert inside the card.

Personalised Message Insert

If you select the 'Personalised Message Insert' option your message will be printed in black ink on a white paper insert and stuck inside the card. When the order has been placed and the insert has been printed an email / message with a photo will be sent to you for approval. Once approved the card will be dispatched to your chosen UK delivery address.

Blank Message Insert

If you select the 'Blank Message Insert' option a blank white paper insert will be stuck inside the card. When the order has been placed and the insert has been added the card will be dispatched to your chosen UK delivery address.

Care Instructions

To keep your card, notebook, print or framed print looking its best for many years to come:

Do not place it a position of direct sunlight for long periods as this may affect the print and materials.

Do not use any cleaning products directly on this item as this may affect the print and materials. For framed prints lightly dust regularly with a clean lint free cloth or duster.

Delivery Issues

Please remember that the 'Delivered in 2-3 business days’ is only a guide. It does not take into account Royal Mail’s busy periods, extreme weather conditions or any Coronavirus related issues.

If your order has been dispatched by Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class service, you will be able to track it on Royal Mail’s website. The tracking number will be on the dispatch notification email that was sent to you. Please be aware that the Royal Mail track and trace gives you limited information. It will give you the date and where the item was accepted at a Post Office. The next update will be after Royal Mail has attempted to deliver the item and obtained a signature as proof of deliver.

If your order has been dispatched by Royal Mail 1st Class service, you will not be able to track it.

Your item should be delivered in 2-3 business days from the date of your order. If this is not the case and Royal Mail are experiencing issues such as a busy period, extreme weather conditions or any Coronavirus related issues your delivery may take a few more business days to arrive.

All of my cards are available for you to add a personalised message insert inside the card. See ‘Card Message Insert Options' for more details.

I do not offer single custom or personalisation for my cards, notebooks, prints or framed prints this is due to the way they are designed and printed in large quantities.
